The Clayton Chamber of Commerce and Armstrong Teasdale are proud to present a discussion of the newest rules regarding independent contractors from the Department of Labor. Join us for a look at how the analysis of independent contractor vs. employee is changing, what remains the same, and practical advice on how to remain in compliance.
Armstrong Teasdale Partner and Clayton Chamber Board Member Ida Shafaie will moderate the discussion alongside Partner Jeremy Brenner and Senior Associate Jenna Lakamp.
